The Kitchen Garden Party Workout

Take one 30 Litre bag of soil out of trunk (OMRI listed Nature Mix Vegetable Garden Mix found at Superstore). Deadlift to shoulder. Lug up 15 stairs to the back yard. Climb the slope to the raised beds. Repeat 10 times. Empty each bag in to bed. Go back to store for more when you realize you don’t have enough. Do it all again.

A complete cardiovascular workout targeting all muscle groups (judging by the sore tired body at the end of the day)…brought you by “My Kitchen Garden Party”.
